*Group Critiques–Free:
Bring six copies of up to 500 words of your manuscript or synopsis. Those participating will critique manuscripts in the group. Facilitators will direct the discussions. At check-in, please let us know if you want to participate in the group critique.
Manuscript Critiques:
Ten critiques are available with editor, Melissa Miller. You may submit the first 10 pages of your manuscript, double-spaced. You will have 15 minutes with Melissa at an assigned time during the conference. There is a $45 fee for the editor critique. E-mail your 10 pages to Neysa Jensen, neysajensen@gmail.com by March 15, 2014.
Credit options through Boise State University:
Undergraduate and graduate students students may take this workshop to earn 1 credit. Register and pay tuition fees on myBoiseState (ED-LTCY 494-1070 Workshop or ED-LTCY 594-1070 Workshop). For the workshop, there is a reduced fee of $80 for full-time students.
Teachers, librarians, and administrators seeking continuing education, register and pay $60 for 1 in-service credit at the book signing on Friday, April 25 from 4:00-5:30 pm at Rediscovered Bookshop. Also register for the workshop as a SCBWI member ($110) or non-member ($140). You may also register on-line for the continuing education credit here:
Credit requirements for 1 credit undergraduate or graduate or in-service:
1. Attend and sign-in at the Friday night book signing at Rediscovered Bookshop from 4:00-5:30 pm.
2. Attend Saturday conference sessions.
3. Read and critique one book from each author and write a reaction paper about the books:

4. Write a reflection paper on the conference.
5. E-mail your book reaction and reflection papers by May 12 to Stan Steiner: stansteiner@boisestate.edu

1. Park in any space not designated by a sign.
2. Note your space number.
